Why is robin always with batman

i always wanted to know why

he's Batman's sidekick because, if I remember clearly, Robin's family member(s) were killed in a staged circus accident and the only man that wanted to save Gothem from the killer was Batman, Robin joined since he wanted revenge and eventually became sidekick as he knew how lonely Batman really was in his childhood.

Robin is watching, eager to learn and help as much as possible, batman leads but takes note of Robins observations in order to make the best decisions. Robin picks up the minor but important little stuff that Batman left out because he can't do everything at once, Batman and Robin, Teamwork.
