This is because "Rudrapur" has been declared as a non tariff area for central excise, custom and sales tax duties for a peroid of 10 years. this span of 10 years may also be extended by the central government. This is the reason many big plants hav set up there and numerous corporates have settled there.

more then 7000 cr. has been invested by various companies in SEZ to take advantage of subsidies, tax and exise benifits given by state and central goverments. This has also resulted in shortage of housing. Consistant power and water suply, rail link and airport fascility has given adequate reason for real estate developers to jump and grab the oppurtunity. We have a industrial plot measuring 1450 sq. mts. in Ruderpur and a residential plot measuring 300 sq. yds.near nanital which we hope will give us good returns. Mobile 09810075222.
