They never liked Russia's present on their land, after USSR fell, there was a lot of Russians living there, and now Georgians had enough, they like them to go back to Russia.

Kind of like if American Indians decided to take their land back.

2. Countries break off and gain independence from the U.S.S.R.

3. Russia still has bases and forts in these new counties and refuses to leave them and also refuses to recognize their new freedom from oppression
