Why is salt not allowed to be part of a dog's diet.?

what about peanut butter ? can i feed my dog with that?

  1. because salt is bad for there health , just like salt is bad for humans . If humans shouldnt eat salt then dogs shouldnt eat it either  


  2. Dogs (or humans) are not good at processing salt.

  3. Because salt isn't goog for them.  Salt isn't even good for humans.

  4. Salt is not good for dogs, they can't sweat it out like humans.

  6. As an occasional treat, yes. Maybe once or twice a week, a small amount (depending on the size of your dog, of course). I have a golden lab and he has a bit maybe once every 2 weeks, only a teaspoon amount in his Kong toy to keep him occupied.

  7. Salt is very bad for dogs and all other animals including humans. Look at any dog book or dog related web site and you'll be surprised at the amount of things that are bad. I have included 2 excellent links below that you need to check out.
