One reason for this is money, s*x sells.  Everyone wants s*x, and the select few who are willing to pay are driving this.  But s*x appears on movies, on television, everywhere.

s*x is now and has Always been a "powerful force."  Nowadays, it's just more openly discussed, displayed, implied and suggested.

Has it gone too far?  Oh, I don't know, but as it's now used to sell everything from cell phone plans to hubcaps, it Has become the one thing s*x should Never be:  predictable.  (sigh.)

People are just plain stupid. That all guys think about female is just a object.

Women feel like they have to guy s*x because they think it the only way to keep them.
