Why is smoke come from the back tire

Did you do a burn out and then it smoked? Your brakes could be too tight on the wheel. Does it smell like burning metal?

you may have a back brake locking up on it causing this too happen to it,once it cools off you need to see if you can remove the wheel and check it,don't attempt this with it hot though it will cause sever burns, its either that or a wheel bearing going out on it,good luck.

it,s probably not coming from the tire but the drum. check the parking brake, it might still be on.
