  1. There are these annoying things called burden of proof and due process. A person cannot be convicted of a crime without proof. Part of that is examining the credibility the alleged victim. They are not a victim simply because they say so.

  2. See if there's a lie involved, as simple as that.

  3. they should say at some point in their statement that they did not invite the person to attack them . this is also true for burglary , you did not invite them in to your home . remember . it`s the invitation bit .

this can hold sway and shorten the time until prosecution .

    hope all is well .

  4. It helps identify the rapist if other women have explained in great detail a scenerio involving this rapist.  If for instance he says "I won't kill you if you ........"  If she says he said "I'm going to kill you if you..........."  that's not the same thing.  Specifics make proving a case and it can identify a potential serial rapist.

  5. As a rape,,authorities have to have a consistent language from the victim..What the victim says,,an experienced interrogator can determine whether a rape in fact occurred or if it was a consensual incident of s*x which for whatever reason,,caused the participant to cry rape..Even if s***n is recovered,,a sexual episode does not a rape make !! Certain conditions and factual recall can contribute to the proper conclusions..False rape charges are also criminal,,and can not only besmirch someones reputation ,,they can be prosecuted for defamation of character,,and various other felony charges..
