i would rather watch a game of chess than watch soccer.....you at least get more excitement when there is a CHECKMATE.............seriously though soccer has HARDLY any goals scored and is a bore....and that's the reason why the crowd go APE when a goal is scored...cos it is a rarity!!!

Because you dont have the relentless drug abuse and women bashing like you do in the AFL.

AFL will never be a globalised sport because its boring and they give points to people that miss goals, penalties for a simple touch on the back and people seem to punch eachother out of the blue.

Both soccer(i call it football) and rugby(both codes) are way better than AFL
