sri lanka and india are not at war...theres just a civil war in sri lanka between the two main ethnic groups the tamil minority and the sinhalese majority...the tamils are people that came long ago from india to work the tea plantations and rice fields...they are demanding their own state in northern sri lanka but the sinhalese government wont give it to them...so the tamils are planting bombs everywhere and commiting acts of terrorism to get the sri lanka government to give in
