If I were to point out some problems with the answers in talkorigins, would evolutionists still regard it as a reliable source of information?

  1. That pretty much sums up the creationist side of the argument. "Point out problems" with evolution. Often that leads to the Philtdown Man, etc.

Where is the peer reviewed, published in "Nature" ,"Scientific American", etc. articles? Seems creation 'research" and 'proof' is only finger pointing at evolution.

Personally I'd love to see a creationist article published on the claim of human dinosaur tracks at Paluxy River, near Glen Rose Texas.

  2. It does have a very well set up outline to answer many of the "arguments" against evolution.  Please do point out some of the problems if you find any.  I have yet to hear a valid argument against evolution or natural selection.

You use the term evolutionist as if there is actually a controversy.  The only controversy is why would anyone accept "intelligent design" as a scientific argument.  Evolution, changing over time, is proven beyond any sane standard.  Natural selection is perfectly valid as the explanation and it has no actually scientific controversy.  There are no other valid scientific explanations.

  3. Get pointing friend. I know that the evolution theory was built upon the swamps which we are reputed to have crawled from. (Without foundation.) by a non-creationist.

  4. It is run by evolutionists.

You will never get a fair an unbiased view of anything there, in my experience.

Much of what I've seen is evolutionary dogma promoted as 'science' when it is nothing of the sort.

They are scared stiff of admitting that Creationists might have a point.

Check out http://www.creationontheweb.com/ for an alternative view.

Sure they are biased, but they are honest about their bias and their assumptions.

talk origins is utterly biased and refuses to acknowledge that they are biased and that there is another point of view.

  5. What leads you to come to the insane conclusion that people REVERE talkorigins.

I don't care much for that site myself.

    http://evolution.berkeley.edu/

    http://www.newscientist.com/channel/life...

are the sites I usually guide people to who want to read up on evolution.

BTW, when you use that silly word 'evolutionists' you tell everyone that you align yourself with the crazies who reject science.

If you pointed out problems with the talkorigins site, that would lead me to not think well of THAT site, it would NOT lead me to abandon acceptance of evolutionary biology.

  6. " Evolutionist " is a term only used by creationist. The site gives good refutations of creationist nonsense

Why don't you " get to pointing? "

  7. What's revered is not the site but the science-based information.

I would LOVE to hear the problems you have with this site. I predict that your issues will turn out to be merely a measure of your ignorance. So let's see what you got....
