Why is that exported cars in Egypt are Always stripped down of some parts?

For example I recently Bought A brand new Kia Rio I looked it up on the internet it's supposed to cost 11,450 $ that about 61,000 L.E And It's supposed to have Alloy Rims , Rear and Front Fog lights, Sun roof And six Airbags And yet it has none of these.....

Why is that? And I'm sure that it's not a different Version than the one listed at the site

there are 'kia Rio''s in egypt  ..u didn't have to export it u know :)
