Why is that foreigners can come to america and own homes but when we try the same in their country we can't?

They say you have to be married to one of their citizens. I really think the rest of the world make fools out of us. Just my thoughts

In most countries it is easy to buy property

But may be there are some internal low limitations?

Either your thoughts are made up or you don't know what you're talking about. If you go to places like Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Matzlacan, and Cabo Mexico. I can bet you that most of the homes there are owned by Americans with big American money.

There are certain countries (not many) that have ownership laws which prohibit non nationals to own property in these countries, the reason being I think that their own people must come first. Renting property is normally not a problem as it affords the owners an income, which in turn brings revenue to the state.
