Why can kids/teens in school bully & beat up the other kids and not face any real consequences? But if I went to work & smacked my coworker, I would be arrested?

  1. Because the kids are just understudies to their parents' examples and not as responsible as a role model like yourself.  Besides, kids are not as likely to rat one another out as often as bosses who can get sued for this kind of idiocy.

  2. I'm not sure where you are from, but we arrest them for assault in Wisconsin, and they get suspended from school.

  3. i agree with the first dude, kids can't get in that much trouble, and they know they can't do it when they become much older, like you maybe. and besides us teens aren't that disciplined, i wouldn't expected an adult to behave like a kid at all, but i know a few people...

  4. where and when else can you do it?

they do it cuz they know they can't do it later

  5. kids ,especially teenagers like myself, have very little discipline for the most part. Adults, hopefully, have much more discipline for the most part, and more is expected from them.

  6. Because they are kids. They can't fully comprehend the consequences and a kid punching another kid in the face doesn't do the same damage as an adult doing the same thing. Kids by nature are more immature, you can't hold them to the same standards as adults.
