Why is that the best hitters are considering taking illegal drugs?

It's a sign of the times. After BALCO and Jose Canseco and the Mitchell Report, it's easy to assume that people are juicing.

I don't suspect a lot of the big hitters of steroid/HGH use. Not only are they tested a lot, but those big swings come from God given talent.

Because all the big hitters these days like Barry Bonds,Mark McGwire,Sammy Sosa,Rafael Palmeiro have all taken steroids,so everyone else thats putting up big numbers is going to be linked to them which does suck.
