  1. Some of them is real and some are fake.It is called billed weight.

Mark henry weight is obviously real.HBK - 225lbs from Jan to now.I think his real weight is about 200 or less cause he's skinny. Some of the wrestlers use their real weight when coming out to the ring. For instance HBK or Jeff Hardy, both of them weight 225lbs.In reality, they just weight about 200 or less. They don't want want to be known as lightweight.

  2. muscle weighs 4 and some odd times more than fat.

and takes up 1/4 the space. so thereticaly, an average 300 pound person can be almost 4 times the size of someone nearly 100% muscle and 300 pounds. But of course the first 300 pound person does have muscle, so it would probebly be only 2 times as small.

  3. There's no lying in wrestling.

  4. it's real because they have muscle mass which can add weight to an person, so most wrestlers weighs over 300 pounds due to the muscle mass weight

  5. there muscles

  6. Weights for most of the wrestlers, especially the heavyweights are exaggerately made up. Big Show no chance in h**l weights 500. Rikishi no chance in h**l ever weighed 450. This is why you see them gradually toning down their billed weight. B/c the WWE scriptwriters realize people are starting to know the weight is fake.

  7. Muscles, their big bones and fat

  8. muscle weighs more then fat the weight is all muscle, and yes their weight is real
