Can anyone explain why the Border Collie is not recongnized by the Canadian Kennel Club ????????? ( read the first line)

  1. It is.  I've given you the link to the breed standard on the CKC web site.  It's amazing what a little fact checking does!


  2. The Border Collie is recognized in the Canadian Kennel Club, however our club only recently recognized the breed, so that's probably where you and they got mixed up.
