Why is the IP address 192.168.0.1 not working when typed into the address bar? Bought from craigslist.?

  1. not all routers use the address 192.168.0.1, likewise even if the address is valid but you're not properly connected to the router the address will not bring up anything.


  2. go to command prompt (start, run and type cmd.) Now type "ipconfig/all" minus the quote marks, you should be able to find the router address in there.
