the Lion on the Peugeot logo is standing up and fighting, I did not know a Lion could do this.

  1. Its called the lion rampant. It shows that peugeot think they are hard.


  2. Actually the lion is crying and running away -- typical French retreat tactic still used to this day.

  3. It's an old way that Lions were depicted on coats of arms etc sometimes. The logo itself derives from the emblem of the French city of Belfort.
