  1. because France doesnt have enough good stadiums


  2. Thats what it was all about.  Money and bribing for votes to host the world cup.

  4. Because France when they bid to host this Cup bribed Scotland and Wales for their votes by offering them a couple of matches each to host if they voted for France ..

  5. For the same reason that the Tour de France cycle race was put on in England. To increase tourism and revenue.
