Question:

Why is the US ferrying Georgian troops from Iraq to Georgia?

I don't mind them getting out of their Iraq responsibilities since they are in a war at home, but should the US be potentially getting involved by supplying the ferry service?

Couldn't the Georgian soldiers rent a couple of 747's from our beleaguered airlines and get home that way, via Baghdad Intl?

  1. this is gonna be world war 3

  2. The 747s from our "beleaguered airlines" are half owned by the US military.  Does it make any difference?

They helped us out, it's only fitting that we return what assistance we can.

  3. They have an incurable habit of tresspassing into others' backyard. As the Iraqi campaign is NATO's, Turkey (having border with Iraq) as NATO member can be the conduit to the Black Sea.

  4. No link, no source, no proof, no believe.  A typical liberal lie.  God I'm so glad Buttock Obama is losing this election.

    McCain IS our new president.

  5. We are Georgia's ally, and we should be doing more to support them.

Plus, the Russians wouldn't dare shoot down an American plane.

  6. They are fighting our war so the least we can do is send them home when they have a war in their own country.
