Every time I shoot or use a muscle near the groin I feel pain. However the pain goes away after awhile. Then when I kick again it gets pain again. I checked up on it on the internet and I think it could be the iliacus or psoas major that has a problem? What should I do about it? And is the iliacus/psoas major the problem?

  1. The iliacus/psoas major muscle could be a problem.  Another problem is that you could have strained one of the other muscles around the groin or the groin itself (an example only).

The only way to find out for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
