  1. Yea, I spend hours in there when I get to go. But most of the time I am in there I am so engossed in what I am doing I proboably don't even look up. Edit B-Dalton's where I live it's in the mall and on st street too is always soooo packed. Everyone is looking and most of the time I don't even look up at people because I am busy! LOL. Edit-again. You are still missing out if you don't read! I sure would. Some of the devices don't tell you accurate information. You know the saying the movie is never as good as the book. I am a computer nut also.

  2. cuz....nobody reads..we have devices that tell us stuff instead.  Look at me dumb as doorknob  (thats what my mom told me)

  3. Are you kidding...I can get lost there for hours.  So many authors, so many books, so many stories, how could you be lonely?

  4. That is a good question. I loved the book store they had at my local mall but (coincidentally) it ended up having to shut down due to sales.

Maybe because the mall is either mallrats (who don't look much like readers) or moms who don't want to bring kids in there or...

Because this society doesn't put enough power into reading? There's too much HDTV to watch?
