Why is the call center industry in India not growing at the expected rate?

It has probably crossed the intial growth rate and now the market has stabilised. Also other countries are proving to be a competition for India in the call centre industry.

I'm surpised, because a lot of jobs here in Canada are going there.  Although they are also going to South America.  

There is a lot of new contruction in India to house all these new facilities,som, I don't think it will be long till it grows again.

Try being at the receiving end of call center contacts. The staff in the call center are often rude and irritating.
