Why is the cancer spreading?

My theory is radiation spreading without knowing, every time theres a leak or explosion, chances are the radiation will leak into water stream, then into rain, clouds moved, and rain on land, animals eat the grass, human then consume the meat and milk, not to mention drinking the water.

How else can we explain the explosion of the cases, every year theres more and more. The sun, smoking etc can account for a lot of cases, but there are also so many where the person doesnt smoke or sun bath.

Because people aren't dying prematurely from other causes.

Over a hundred years ago, before the advent of antibiotics, very few people survived long enough to die of cancer. Most died in childhood of relatively minor diseases or infected wounds. Anyone reaching middle age had a good chance of contracting TB (consumption), dying of syphilis or being poisoned by over-the-counter remedies containing mercury, arsenic or strychnine. People  who had a better income and avoided these conditions were more likely to suffer a heart attack due to over-indulgence.

I'm afraid the increase in the number of people dying later in life of cancers is a direct result of the improvement in health care since the Second World War.
