Why is the death penalty one big joke?

A women is tortured and killed in front of witnesses. The subhuman is caught, goes to court, proven guilty and gets life. (The poor lady got death). Now he gets some luxuries that a lot of poor honest people can only dream about (and they pay taxes for them). IE: A roof over his head. comfortable air and heat, food better than a lot of poor people eat, TV, exercise. radio, shaving equipment, medical attention when needed, and more.

OH, and if he gets the death penalty, it must be sweet and comfortable. <<<The poor lady didn't die in a comfortable manner.>>>

Lets get the silly law changed. Make these subhumans live in tents and grow their own food. Why should we taxpayers support them and the big jail houses?

I hear you and completely agree with you but unfortunately we got these people with a bleeding heart mentality that protect the subhumans as you call them and use the amendment of cruel and unusual punishment. My take on it is if you commit a cruel crime you should get what you did to the victim, or ya forget these ac and heated jails and luxurious of tv radios and etc what a waste of county, state and federal money from taxes. Funny how people consider prisoners living outside in tents as cruel when we got millions of homeless families living in these conditions everyday.
