Why is the depo shot making me like this?

I have been on it for 2 months. I am still getting my period. Well I started my period last Wed. and it ended on Sat. Now I am PMSing like no other, am crampy, and feel like I am about to start it again!

ANYONE EVER HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM?! Or am I just weird?

I bled for two months straight on the depo shot, plus I was so mean that my husband told me to stop taking it.  I also developed ovarian cysts shortly after stopping it.  I would never go back on it ever.

I bled for 30-something days straight. I called the clinic and all they couold recommend was to take ibuprofen. It worked, it was the only thing that got my period to stop.

IMO depo is EVIL! Yes, that's my opinion but I ended up getting pregnant, not knowing and losing my baby. I feel it was directly related to DEPO. I don't advise anyone to use it.

You can bleed for MONTHS on the shot.

It treats a majority of women quite horribly as you found out.

PLEASE do your research on this drug (and anything else) before getting it.
