Why is the floor always slimy in a public restroom?

it just depends on how often and how thoroughly it is cleaned.  some public places do better than others.

Because so many kids think it is funny to stuff things in the toilets making them overflow. A clean up crew might go in and slop a nasty mop around to soak up the liquid waste but it's not really cleaned.

Anyways, people urinate on the floor, they track stuff inside the restroom, the toilets flood and leak, etc., etc. It's a public place for defecation and urination. How clean do you expect them to be?

I'm assuming you are in a girls restroom so i am assuming you shouldn't have sticky floors(how do you miss while sitting down)
