  1. Hi

The Forbidden City was in China during the Qing Dynasty

It houses many people from royal family, concubines, servants, guards, and civil servants

These people entered providing services in the Forbidden City, they never to leave again during their lifetimes

  2. Back when it was used properly (like not today with tourists and stuff) no one was allowed in except the Imperial people. The royalty of China. So no normal citizens, farmers..anyone normal. So it was forbidden to everyone but a select few.

  3. It was called the Forbidden City because outsiders were not allowed inside.

  4. Cause it is Forbidden!

To anyone.....except those who wish to go inside and look at it.
