    Plus green is like Irelands ' colour ' .... THATS the real reason... they have a green fetish...

  5. I think it's because the Irish drink so much. We should try that here, so we can get greener grass.

  8. Ireland is a damp place, it recieves plenty of rainfall. With lots of rain however, one would expect lots of trees. However becasue of millenia of farming, and cold weather then trees do not grow as easily, supplying ample area for grass to grow unhindered.
