  1. it isn't. your just becoming more aware of it.

  2. If the statistic is real, it is because there are so many weak minded people out there willingly to pick up a firearm and just gun someone down rather than get past the words.

School violence is a great example for this. When I was in high school I never heard of people shooting up a school or planning bomb threats. That began to roll around in the 1990's. The further along a generation goes, the more they behave like complete morons.

People will be quick to blame video games, television, and movies. That is not right at all. It's a scapegoat. No one wants to take responsibility for their actions anymore. Rather than admit that they were weak minded and stupid they want to blame a game or movie.

If that is true, then what video games, movies, and television programs caused the Romans to kill? How about the Mongols, the n**i's, or even the Vikings? Human beings are innately violent and they do it by choice alone. No motivation is necessary much of the time.

I have many firearms and some unique safety features, but out of all of the mean things that have been said to me I have never raced for my firearms to blow someone apart.

  3. It's not! The real question is why is the gun violence problem in the U.S. DECREASING nowadays? And how do we keep it this way? The murder and violent crime rate have been dropping for over two decades. The murder rate today is half what it was in 1980.

  4. its not, read REAL statistics

  5. It could be due to the lifestlye in the U.S.

There is freedom of expression which in my point of view, cause more differential approach in dealing with problems. Guns relatively evoke a sense of protection. Showing guns in times of being provoke will cause an increase in adreanaline which may lead to sudden decision in pressing the trigger when being charged by the opponent.

Thats what im thinking actually. I hope more people will discuss this topic so we can share our thoughts. Thanks

  6. More kids are getting a hold of guns.

  7. What REAL statistics? You work for the Gov? Give a link or something. It seems gun violence always goes up when the economy is going down. There just was a senseless home invasion near my home for relatively peanuts. When the going gets rough the rough get going!
