Why is the history on the computer not deleting?

CCleaner is nice but if you want a solution that will automatically clear your documents every time you log off, then download Tweakui (it's free):

Once it's installed, look in the left hand pane for "Explorer".  Then, to the right choose "Clear Document History on Exit".  If you'd like to test it, make certain you restart your computer.  :)

CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/) will only get half of the work done (it will not delete your e.g. Google searches).

So the best freeware to use is Glary Utilities, it's very thorough in cleaning up your web history and everything else in your computer that needs tweaking.

Dowload and run ccleaner from http://www.geeksjunction.com/index.html to delete histoy from the computer.
