  1. Because as in almost all African countries, the people in control do not see any urgency in actually doing something useful once they are "elected" in power. And the common people seem to be happy with that situation.


  2. what are you talking about? Nigeria has high-speed Internet....! not every home has a toilet , but all have high-speed Internet! So they all can be online and cheat/fleece gullible American out of their money!!!

  3. because all the princes are clogging up the phone lines with international business offers.
