Why is the male genitalia outside the body?

  4. seems that sperm are fairly heat sensitive, and having them outside the body keeps them cooler.

    one might note that in whales, they're internal.

  5. Well it is easier to get the sperm to the egg if you have a longer outside organ that can reach and make the journey for the sperm a lot easier. The testicles are outside of the body because the inside is too hot for them to survive.

  6. It is because production of  sperms  require a lower temp.&

    within the body temp. is very high for sperm production
