Why is the media against Russia in the current situation?

Question

I'm an American and i lost all hope in the government when i found out they destroyed the world trade centers.

and now, we all clearly know that Georgia started the war between them and Russia. But why is the media trying to hide this? why is everyone blaming Russia and siding up with Georgia even after all the bullshit obvious lies... can anyone guess? it aggravates me to have everyone believe that the good guys are the bad guys, and the bad guys are supposedly the good guys.

It is a race against oil and Russia now knows it! They hacked into Georgia's computers and found that out. The Russians are very smart but also rowdy and unpredictable. I just pray that the US will not advance any further to putting the defense missile system in at Poland. I would not put it past Russia to Nuke. Georgia is at fault, but I believe it was not necessary for Russia to go to the extremes it did. This issue is not about governments lying to us, it is now about our own well being. This is a serious matter and I believe this is worse than the cold war. Now it is not against just the United States but other Countries. The media may not be allowed into Russia to report all what is needed to be reported. Who knows what is right and what is wrong to reporting, I do know there is a bigger picture here that we can't see.

...Because Russia is the BIG Bear, & Georgia is the whiny little "underdog" -& people almost ALWAYS favor the "loser" over much the larger Competitor... Happily- I don't think things turned out quite the way Georgia HOPED it would, -so it's not likely that they're going to go "Bear Baiting" AGAIN- any time soon... In Other words, in THIS case, the Stupid Guys- lost !

There's no good guys or bad guys. Its people looking after their own interests here. Its not some stupid hollywood movie where you have hero with halo over their head and villain with horns. Its never that clear cut in real world usually. And Exactly how is media trying to hide what? I saw article on CNN about Gorabacev blaming Georgia side. There may be general trend in media, but trying to hide something? I'm not sure about that. It's all too easy to generalize than really look into it. With all the news outlets looking for scoops and exclusives they aren't gona try to hide things, but do the opposite and try finding something others don't know so they can grab more viewers and make more money.

Worst case scenerio, they're trying to provoke Russia into something big...Of course our 'leaders' are people with fallout shelters, so what do they care if it results in nuclear exchange. If anything, they benefit from the continuity of Government. This missle defense network in Poland is like a Cuban missile crisis for the Russians X100. The best we can do is keep pushing the truth hopefully Russian intel will take note of us. Don't kid yourself, Russians aren't "good guys" but they're not under Bilderberg control and they didn't start this mess in Ossetia.

I don't think the press is against Russia, I think they're reporting about the true Russia. Study some Russian history, then you'll wonder why Russia's main export isn't old bones.

to answer your question, what business does the press have in choosing sides on anything, they are suppose to be reporting, not regergetating their own biased opinions.
