Why is the media in love with Obama? Could it be because...?

What's not to love about a g*y, drug abusing black man?  This is the dream date for liberals all over the country.  They want to help him with welfare and affirmative action.

Republicans on the other hand support accomplished, honest and intelligent figures like Condi, Clarence Thomas, and Michael Steele.

It's because he symbolizes all the things that the mainstream media loves: socialism and dissing Bush.

Yes, he's young and charismatic and that does remind people of JFK, but this is where the media has chosen style over substance. Obama's speeches are nebulous bromides about 'hope' and 'change' and 'change' and 'hope.' Well, that's all fine and good until you get to the specifics. In Obama's case, the specifics means VASTLY higher taxes to solve non-existent problems like global warming and massive government bureaucracies to run health care.

The net effect of these things will be to destroy health care and ruin the economy. Think of one area where a government monopoly has IMPROVED something? It doesn't happen. You get better products and services when there is competition for your dollars.
