I think there is no valid reason for that, but what i think is they are trying to uncount Egypt from Africa because Egypt is famous in World tourist atractions compared to othe countries in Africa. They only don't want to ccept that Africans are superior in such a way so they always want to grade them down.Although it doesn't make any sense.
