the pressure is constantly low due to the monsoon low pressures i believe

and it ranges from 1000-1006mb but all i see are thin cumulus clouds

and we also got the mediterranean flow of air. im no expert on meteorology but id assume there should be some sort of cloudiness or precipitation

thanks

  1. The middle East is a desert region. Desert regions are places that are very dry because there's not much water vapor in the atmosphere. So if there's no water vapor to form clouds or precipitation then it can't rain no matter what the pressure is.

  2. There's a big upper level high above those thermal low pressure systems.  The subsidence in the atmosphere caps development of the cumulus.  If you look at an upper air sounding or a Skew-T you'd see a big inversion at a couple thousand feet.
