  1. its 17 not 18 - and its something to do with cuz your body is still growing or something

  2. I assume and because the person above quoted a weight, its to do with the volume of blood thats taken, and the fact that under 17s may not be able to replace lost red blood cells as fast as an adult. And as red blood cells carry O2 + CO2 for respiration, this could cause health problems.
