I don't know. I can't say as I've ever seen him say anything that I think would warrant suspension, I've seen worse.

Users are normally suspended for ranting, chatting, and otherwise violating Yahoo's community guidelines.  Ticking off one of our resident trolls will have the same results.

Asking inappropriate questions such as this one, which has nada to do with NASCAR, is also a good way to get suspended.  :  )
