Why is the new knightrider a ford?

Am I the only one bothered by this? What do all you pontiac fans think?

There is no Trans Am being made currently, and Ford "ponied up" with the money to get a Mustang as KITT.

I am bothered by it too.

But there is no new Pontiac muscle car right now. The GTO was discontinued in 2007.

The TransAm/Firebird was discontinued in 2002.

+ the mustangs have always been Americas favorite pony car.

get your facts right before you call it cheap and no it's not a standard Mustang it's way faster!

the new knight rider commercial i saw kit is the new 09 camaro.not a ford mustang..the new 09 camaro is now at your local chevy dealer.with of course comes stock with a V6 engine,,the V8 will not be availible till next year,,2010.
