Why is the number of towels/pads in a pack different?

Recently, I noticed that there were 12 towels in a pack of "super" ones and 14 in a pack of "normal" ones, I don't understand why?? :s

Maybe I am just reading too much into it, i don't know! lol

  1. supers are bigger, and it cost more to make the boxes all different sizes...so its either the same price for the sizes or more for super less for regular.   Tampons have all the same amount


  2. The supers cost more to make per pad, so the sell less in the same sized package for the same price.
