  1. the main reason could be the long dry spells the mouse will only give birth if food conditions are good on seeds or other available food and the mice will not breed if there is poor food availability, and since they only live for about 2 years any prolonged drought and lack of food could wipe out a population.Since there native habitat is so remote and no value for crops or cattle man has not bothered with the areas they call home(the mice)


  2. To stop progress or building homes in new areas. They are doing the same thing with Polar Bears and stopped logging in Oregon over an Owl that was being chased out of it's habitat by another species of Owl.

    Enviromentalists are whack job hippies that hate man and progress but love their own SUVs and Jet setting lifestyles and want us all to live like indians living in mud huts and eating nuts and berries.

  3. Of coarse it's because in the overall population increase of the PAOLO DOURO CAT.
