Why is the photo on my homepage not appearing after i added a photo?

Yahoo have problems with photos on profiles and 360 see below for yahoo staff post in flickr forum

The photos must be in .jpg format.  You must be group owner or moderator with assigned privilege to change photo.  The photo should not be excessively large in size. Make sure you followed all of these steps in proper sequence when uploading photo to homepage:

1. Sign in to the group.

2. Click "Edit" to the right of Description near the top of home page.

3. Scroll down to "Photo" and click the "Edit" button.

4 Click on the Browse button and find the image on your computer that you want to upload. Once you find it, double-click on it.

5 Click the Add Now button. There could be some lag time while your item is being uploaded, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your web connection.
