Actually, I think you already know the answer so take it for what it is.  It's called the "LAW" which the officers were hired to enforce.  Loitering is against the law in most areas of the country so my question is, why do you hang out when you know they are going to check up on you?  

This actually shows a low mentality on you and your friends part if you continue to do the same thing, knowing full and well the police are going to check on you.

Time to grow up, pitch the silly language and get a real life instead of "hanging out" all the time.  Take pride in who you are, get a job and take responsibility for your actions instead of hanging out and doing nothing but causing trouble or giving the appearance of causing trouble.
