  1. Because it sank!

  2. Raising it from the ocean bottom would be a monumental task with lots of danger involved.  Its not worth the risk or the money.

Many would be opposed to it coming up because it is considered the resting place of all of the dead.

  3. For a few reasons: he number one reason is they do not think they can raise it in a whole piece. It is believed that the ship would fall apart while being brought to the surface, thus defeating the purpose of raising it. Also it you think about it, where it is now it is a graveyard for all those who perished. It would almost be like destroying a grave yard.

  4. Why don't you do it?

  5. It should remain underwater as a memorial for those lost.  Bringing it up would be a shame.

  6. because once any ship goes in the water it is next to impossible to take it out, biggest of the crain can not pull it due to water pressure on the senk ship. it can be taken out if you cut it in to pieces, whcich will be very time and money consumming

  7. because it has so much sediment built up on it that the weight of the structure against the pressure of the water would further "wreck" it.

Therefore it is forever in it's aquatic surroundings.....
