  1. because china is not 90 miles from our coast with missles previously aimed at us with destructive intent.

  2. Because Cuba isnt an ally of the US.

  3. Cuba is to close o home. If Russia has a problem with us they can  just go to Cuba and fire off some rockets. China, we should be stricter on China, but they are much farther away than Cuba. So that is one reason I would give, it is because how close to the US they are. Also, with us wanting to attack Iran, Russia will be on the side of Iran. That makes Cuba a soft spot for the US.

  4. China is a source of dirt cheap labor.  Walmart is full of cheap, Chinese c**p.

The USA is well known for consorting with dictators and despots all in the name of money:

Also, there has been bad blood between Cuba and the USA for the past fifty years.  The USA supported the leader Battista and then he was toppled by Marxist Fidel Castro.

The Bay of Pigs fiasco and the Cuban Missile Crisis was a major embarassment for the USA.

  5. Because we actually do trade with China and we tend to turn a blind eye towards any faults in nations that do us a favor. China is also steadily turning towards capitalism because it is a growing nation. And I would argue from what happened with the USSR that they will become a capitalist nation as well.

  6. Because without china, we couldn't buy half the things available at Walmart for the price that we currently get.  and Because Cuba is more economically communist, and China is more Socially communist.

  7. Because the US is a whiney punk.

  8. The Chinese tyranny is a million times more threatening that Cuba could ever be.  Maybe Cuba has to threaten to develop a nuke to get US attention .  North Korea did it and now is on the verge of being another Communist Bush buddy. It's  criminal  to blockade Cuba's ability to be open and economically free to do business just like our other Commie bedfellows.
