I'm in the south of England and I couldn't use my car today so had to walk for 1/2 hour in the cold, wind and rain. It was nice the other day. Why is it so horrible now?

  1. When the jet stream dips southward temperatures will cool.  During the summer months the subtropical jet migrates back to the north and pushes the arctic and polar fronts northward into canada northward.

  2. Weather is never bad.  It's only "bad" because people decide they want to call it that, but really it can be enjoyed and if you look at it that way, it's not really bad at all.  Weather doesn't have personalities, so it's whatever you think about it.

Many people like when it's cool with wind and rain (if it's rain and not snow, it's very likely cool and not cold), and many of them like it better than what the human race was termed "nice."  Thus, nice weather to them is what you described, and there is no such thing as "bad" weather.  Many people will call weather "bad" also because that's what they learned since they were really little, so that must be fact, but really it's not.

  3. Weather is unpredictable.

    I love it. :D

  4. To punish my bf for going away without me, and to punish me for being spiteful and jealous over it..

  5. I agree with the person above. To me, the only bad weather is when it's over 90 degrees F and sunny, or WELL below freezing. Anything from, say, 20 F to 80 F is good weather, rain, snow or shine.

  6. this is britain
