  1. Because of government differences. North Korea is communist, and South Korea is ...i forgot but it's a free country. They were once united for one thousand years, until they seperated. People in North Korea suffer a lot, because the president is a TWISTED OLD MAN THAT DOESN'T THINK OF OTHERS. It's a very poor country. South Korea, however, is very rich and a decent place to live. They speak about the same language, a few differences. The thing I know for sure is that most people from N. Korea and S. Korea is that they pretty much hate each other.

The capital of S. Korea is Seoul, whereas the capital of N. Korea is Pyongyang.

I'm trying to help free the people of north korea because i really feel sorry for them. the people are starving!

  2. Did you even pay attention in a history class?

Look it up youseld on google or better yet, a history book.  HINT: it has to do with WWII

HINT:  one is a democracy, one is a brutal dictatorship that would rather starve its' people than join the 21st century.
