A 10% off sale is very common in the Cycling Industry. Look at other retailers of Cycling products, such as www.Performancebike.com  or www.nashbar.com or www.pricepoint.com. At any given time, one of those three will have some sort of 10% or larger promotion going on. Volume means more profits....
