Why is there a body fluid clean up kit on school busses?

I was on a school bus the other day. (I normally do not ride them). There was a "Body fluid kit" in the front of the bus? Is this for blood or s***n? Either way thats pretty gross.

Kids pee, p**p and puke on school busses. Since kids also tend to be walking mung factories, these fluids are considered biohazards to anyone responsible for cleaning it up (the driver, for instance).
